Anton Manganaro – Head Chef at 195 Piccadilly

Anton Manganaro started his culinary career at the Royal Garden Hotel with David Nicholls, the former Head Chef of the Ritz and now Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.

Since then he has worked with numerous renowned chefs like Gunther Schlender of Rue St Jacques, Paul Gayler of Inigo at the Lanesborough, Gary Rhodes, Anton Mosimann and finally Michelin Star awarded Paul Merrett at Interlude and the Greenhouse, with whom he worked together for over five years.

He then decided to spend some time away from the commercial side of the hospitality industry, working as a private chef for a European family before becoming Head Chef at 195 Piccadilly – the headquarters of BAFTA.

Anton has been married for 11 years to his wife Natasha with who he has two gorgeous daughters aged four and eleven months.

Both girls make him very proud and seem to have inherited his sense of humour and passion for food. Spending time with his family in the park is one of his favourite activities, next to taking his elder daughter with him to a Manchester United football game. When Anton is not running events at 195, he likes nothing more than to grow vegetables and re-build PC’s.

Guests can look forward to receiving a full five-star treatment at our magnificent BAFTA Headquarters, 195 Piccadilly. This will be a glamorous night starting with paparazzi at your red carpet arrival and champagne served in the Foyer Bar. A delicious 3-course dinner will follow in the beautifully dressed David Lean Room with crackers and Christmas decorations on the tables. After dinner guests are encouraged to take to the dance floor to boogie the night away with a party DJ. This is guaranteed to be a fabulous and unforgettable evening!
